The most effective way to get moving on your case is to talk to an experienced, dedicated, and strategic lawyer. A meeting with our attorney will give you an opportunity to explain your situation, ask questions, and get answers. We have two types of consultations: (1) a Standard Consultation, which is an hour, and (2) an Extended Consultation, which is two hours. During either consultation, our attorney listens to the facts of your case, discusses strategies and steps involved, and provides answers to your questions. You can schedule both on this page.
To make the most of the consultation, we advise that you: gather all of your past immigration paperwork (especially government decisions, visas, biographic papers, immigration filings); update your resume; upload or fax us the documents; and prepare a list of questions to ask.

For our regular hour-long immigration law consultation, we charge $275. We require a non-refundable deposit of $45 to reserve your spot, then get for the remaining balance ($230) just prior to the appointment. Please gather your immigration documentation (government notices, requests, and decisions) as well as everything you have filed with the government (forms and evidence).
If you want us to review documents, or if you have a complicated immigration history, or simply need more than an hour, we recommend you look into our extended consultation below the calendar for the regular consult.
For our two hour extended consultation, or if you want us to review immigration forms, the fee is $475. We require a non-refundable deposit of $45 to reserve the spot, then the remaining amount prior to the consultation ($430). Before the appointment, we will send you a portal to upload your immigration documentation: passport, visas, work permits, and any U.S. government correspondence, notices, requests for evidence, and decisions. We also ask that you gather everything that you have given the government: visa applications, decisions, forms, and evidence. Finally, if you have ever been arrested, please obtain "certified copies" of all your "dispositions" (i.e. the outcome of the case).
We can meet with you on your preferred video platform, by phone, or in person, by appointment only.
